Q: Can I order if I live outside the United States?

A: We presently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. If, however, you order from one of our mail order catalogs you can pay with a check or money order. Payment by check or money order will hold up shipment of your order until they clear.

Q: Why do you prefer payment by PayPal as opposed to Visa or MasterCard, or American Express?

A: Actually when you pay via PayPal you are using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card. The difference is you provide your card information to PayPal instead of directly to us. We never see your credit card information, so that information is protected.. PayPal, which is a well known and respected go between, keeps your credit information confidential and only transmits payment to us. Its like having your bank send us money without sending any information about your bank account. We believe it’s the best way to protect you and your credit information, while allowing you to safely shop with us.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: That depends on where you live and how the order is shipped. In general orders are shipped the day after we receive PayPal confirmation of payment. Most items that are sent by Standard Delivery should arrive within 2 weeks of order. During the rush up to holidays such as Christmas that time may be greater.

Q: Can I get a print catalog?

A: Once you have placed an order you will automatically receive a catalog a few weeks later.

Q: Do you offer gift wrap?

A: Sorry, at this time we do not offer gift wrap of items.

Q: Can you ship my order to another address or to another recipient?

A: Yes. You can specify where you would like the item shipped at time of order.
