RETURN POLICY Defective Merchandise Merchandise that is defective due to manufacture can be returned for credit or replacement within 20 days of receipt. You may email us at DNL24@Aol.com. with a brief statement for why you want to return the item and whether you would like a credit or replacement. We will then send you instructions for how to return the item. Items Damaged During Shipment Merchandise damaged during shipment can be returned for credit or replacement within 20 days of receipt. Return of Merchandise That is Not Defective or Damaged in Shipment Returns of non-defective merchandise will incur a 25% restocking fee, and also must be returned within 20 days of receipt. -Merchandise must be in its original packaging as shipped to customer. If not in original packaging the item will not be accepted for return. -Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced, except for such marks as may have been made placed on outside of packaging by Post Office or other shipper, or by the company prior to shipping. -Sample items are not returnable.
